Because our products are digital and generated instantly upon payment, we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds once a purchase has been processed.
However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your document or are charged more than once for the same order, please contact us immediately at blurockenterprises@gmail.com. We will review your case and may issue a refund at our discretion.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
